about

This was originally a spoken word piece I had to write for a class. We were learning about Yoruba culture and they do things called "Praise Poems." They choose a god or object of desire and write about its praises and the ways it is errant. Obviously God is not errant in anyway. Humanity and sin are the imperfections, they don't belong to God but us.
